Liscannor Ladies contest the Intermediate Final in Hennessy Park in Miltown this Saturday at 2 pm.
The ladies are playing rivals Shannon Gaels in what is expected to be a tough and well fought battle. Liscannor defeated the Gaels in the League final last year however the Gaels went on to contest the championship final and lost out to Kilmihil. Both teams have had the experience of playing in the senior league this year and it is expected to be an exciting contest. The winners of this final will go on to compete in the munster competition.
Liscannor have had a good season getting to the 11 a-side semi final and also performing well in their league campaign. There also has been the addition of some of the minor and u-16 players which have brought great depth to the team.
Please support the Liscannor girls led by captain Anna O Connor as they chase the intermediate title.
