We held two very successful fund raisers over Christmas. On St Stephen's Day members of the Club went on the "Mummers".
We were heartened by the welcome we received in all the houses and the generousity of all our supporters.
We would especially like to thank our musicians, Liam & Claire Fitzpatrick, and all our dancers and helpers who braved the terrible weather conditions to help us on the day.
On Sunday 27th of December we held a Poker Classic in Mc Hugh's. Again despite poor driving conditions we had a fantastic turnout of 45 players on the night. We also sold a considerable number of tickets to people who did not play but supported our night.
Again we heartily thank all our friends who gave us such great support on the night. |
