Liscannor faced St Josephs Miltown in the 4th round of the Cusack Cup.
Liscannor started the strongest of the two sides with scores from Alan Clohessy (2), Kieran Considine (1), Declan Fawl (1), Brian Considine (1), Thomas McDonagh (1).
At half time liscannor were up 6 points to 2. Again Liscannor started well with fine points from Gerry Considine (1), Kieran Considine (3). Miltown came back in the second half however and with a goal from Kevin Keavey brought the sides to within a point 1-5 to 9 points. With 15 minutes to go a high tackle from Ronan Slattery saw him recieve a straight red and Eoin Curtin Fired over a point which saw the sides draw level.
Liscannor struggled in the last 10 minutes another St Josephs goal and 3 more points with Liscannor only responding with a point saw them suffer a loss of 2-09 to 10 points.
Liscannor were without the sevices of Niall Considine and Alan Flaherty.
