Liscannor Community Sportsfield
In 2003 the people of Liscannor decided it was time to develop our own sportsfield.
Representatives of the Mens and Ladies Football clubs and Moher Celtic Soccer club as well as other members of the community joined forces and a committtee was formed with the intention of buying and developing a site for a community field.

A site was acquired at Kilconnell and work commenced almost straight away on the field and dressing rooms. As you can see from our picture above massive progress has been made in a very short space of time. This is due to the trojan work of our development committee and also the help given by members of the community.

We would ask all players and club members to actively support of our local field Committee in their various fund raising efforts during the year. |
